Today, I’m in the mood for a fun little post that I’ve been thinking about for a while. I am going to attempt to cross off creating both a blog roll and adding a page to my navigation bar. When I switched from Blogger to WordPress, my About, Contact, and Homeschool pages did not make the transfer, so my little HOME button has been pretty lonely up there.
But that’s all about to change…
Have you ever noticed when you type some letters in the URL address bar of your server, your computer tries to guess where you want to go? Based on how often you visit a site, your computer, or my computer at least, will keep track and try to help me out by giving suggestions.
So, I thought it’d be fun to let you in on what shows up when I type every letter of the alphabet. Since I discover many blogs through facebook and twitter links that I don’t actually type in my URL bar, this is by no means going to be a complete blog roll. But it’s a start and a real glimpse into my stalking online habits.

I have been meaning to change my blogroll for a couple of months now and get exhausted just thinking about the work i have to put towards it. If this post doesn’t inspire me, nothing will.

I think I need someone to explain what exactly a Blog Roll is and why it’s so difficult to create. Cuz I have a gadget in my sidebar of some of the blogs I follow and it updates and all that. Is a Blog Roll different?

I’m no expert, but I think a blog roll is a list of blogs that you visit regularly and recommend others do the same. Mine should actually be longer than this, but this post was just a start. I’ll go see what your widget’s all about.
Oh, I like that “Blogs I follow” widget/plugin/gadget whathaveyou! I’ve seen it before and might consider adding one to my sidebar too
I’ve been following you on Twitter forever and just read your blog! It looks great on Wordpress! Congrats on making the change. I don’t think I will ever have the nerve to do it! lol
Thank you so much, although no congrats are in order…I’m not so sure I made the best choice to switch to wordpress.org. It’s been an uphill battle for sure!
