Cell phones, TV and even a good book! iVoices Lela Davidson, Celena Gill, Jim Higley, Stephanie Dulli and myself reveal the things that keep us from exercising, and give tips on how we avoid common traps that keep our families inactive. In my original footage, I mentioned how inactivity is not really a problem with four kids. Luckily, Celena, a fellow mom of four, captures my sentiments perfectly. So what tips do you have to keep your family moving?

My biggest obstacle is, every time I take all three boys somewhere, crazy things happen and it’s more stress than fun. For me, at least. I just need another year or two, for the youngest to be a touch less crazy and more in control and manageable, and then I’ll feel more motivated to get them out! It’s just too chaotic right now.
